Twelve South TimePorter Apple Watch Holder
Hi, I’m Dan, and I have a problem. It’s been 2 weeks, 3 hours and 17 minutes since I bought an Apple Watch band (the latest was from Pad&Quill, may they rest in peace).
As you can see from the images below, I have a lot of Apple Watch bands. Fluoroelastomer, leather, stainless steel, you name it, I probably have a variation of it. Up until recently, I have kept them all in a jewellery drawer, out of sight and out of mind. But recently I was made aware of a new product from Twelve South, the TimePorter.
This nifty little product holds 6 watch bands side-by-side (you can actually squeeze 7 in to a row) using a silicon grip. It fastens to the wall using 3M Commander strips, so they can be easily removed later without easily removing the paint. They also come with a little plastic clip that allows you to join them all up in a row. I opted for four individual rows, stacked one on top of each other, due to real estate issues with the piece of wall I chose.
They’re not too cheap ($US30 or $A50), but they are very well made like any Twelve South product, and are simply the best way of displaying large watch band collections. Now if they only made something for the dozen or so headphones I have….
